About Sam

Sam Price is an experienced chef who passionately believes that a menu should suit everyone, whatever their requirements. After training Sam worked in a variety of restaurants and then returned as executive chef at the Craven Arms, just outside Cheltenham. Now, he’s bringing his philosophy of a menu for all inspired by the earth, land and sea to the prestigious Montpellier area of Cheltenham.

Earth, Land and Sea

Here at Sam’s we recognise that not everyone has the same food preferences and often there are a variety of dietary requirements, so Sam developed a ‘menu for all’. There’s a variety of tasty options inspired by the earth (plant based), the land (meat), and the sea (fish). The clear signposting on our menu means if you do have allergies you can make an informed choice.

Mixology at Sam’s

Part of the team is Robert, our Mixologist and bar manager. Like Sam, Robert has years of experience in the industry and brings passion and dedication to his role, taking inspiration from nature in the beautiful Cotswolds. His signature cocktail is the Elderflower Martini, so whether you choose that or something else from his innovative menu, he’ll ensure it’s an experience you won’t forget.

Sourcing local

We live in an amazing food producing region, so we use local partners supplying local produce whenever possible. It’s important to us to be as sustainable and seasonal as possible, so you’ll see our menu change with the seasons, and you can be confident we follow an ethical ‘farm to fork’ policy.
